S7C: The School of Regulatory Compliance (EU): PART I
S7C: The School of Regulatory Compliance (EU): PART I
The S7C School of Regulatory Compliance has been specially designed to provide in-depth insight into the structure, workings, and operational practicalities of the individual elements of a host of new European Union (EU) regulatory frameworks. The individual regulatory compliance modules are delivered by a Senior Consultant from the S7C team of industry acknowledged experts.
Storm-7 Experts have been able to draw upon a considerable wealth of regulatory compliance experience across legal, financial, and consulting sectors to create the training course materials. The S7C School of Regulatory Compliance will equip attendees with superior industry knowledge and understanding and will allow them to cement their qualifications, experience, and reputation within the field of European regulatory compliance.
The S7C School of Regulatory Compliance is comprised of four days of training, with each day consisting of four training sessions (i.e., a total of 16 training course sessions).
What is unique about the School, is that every attendee is able to customise the training schedule content for each day, and can choose from a range of regulatory compliance frameworks. Attendees are able to choose FOUR modules out of a total of TEN modules:
Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD);
Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI) Global Common Reporting Standard (CRS);
AEOI Global Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA);
Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-the-Financing of Terrorism (CFT);
Central Counterparty (CCP) Clearing: European Union (EU);
European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR);
Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID II) (revised);
Markets in Financial Instruments Regulation (MiFIR);
Over-the-Counter (OTC) Derivatives; and
Packaged Retail Investment and Insurance Products (PRIIPs).
We believe that this approach allows attendees to customise the training schedule to their particular requirements.
